Higashi-Hanazono Station (東花園駅) is a train station on the Kintetsu Nara Line in Higashiosaka, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. It is the nearest station to Kintetsu Hanazono Rugby Stadium.

History
- 1929 - The station opened at the same time with Hanazono Rugby stadium. The station at the time is only used for Rugby game season, and was named Rugby-Undoujō-Mae Station
- 1941 - Osaka Electric Tramway merged with Sangu Kyuko Electric Railway and becomes a station of Kansai Kyuko Electric Railway
- 1944 - Kankyu became Kintetsu and the station becomes part of Kintetsu
- 1950 - The station was renamed to Rugby-Jō-Mae
- 1967 - The station became a regular station and is renamed Higashi-Hanazono
- 1967 - Higashi-Hanazono Train Depot was completed
- 2006 - Promoted to a Semi Express stop and a Suburban Semi Express stop
- 2007 - Starts using PiTaPa

- When the large events are held at Kintetsu Hanazono Rugby Stadium, part of express trains running both direction and part of rapid express trains running for Osaka Namba and Kobe stop at the station (example: the National High School Rugby Tournament games, the Japan Top League games (Kintetsu Liners, when crowded), the international rugby football games)
