155 West 57th Street is a 73-story skyscraper currently under-construction in New York City[2][3]. Upon completion in 2012 it will stand at 306 meters (1004 feet) tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in the city. The mixed use tower is developed by the Extell Development Group. Foundation work started in January 2010, and it´s currently to the second tallest tower in New York under-construction, surpassed only by One World Trade Center (541 meters, 1776 feet).
