The Lia Rumantscha (Romansh league), headquartered in Chur, Switzerland, is the umbrella organisation for all state-supported associations dealing with the Romansh language and culture in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. It is a foundation under the terms of article 62 et seq. of the Swiss civil code. It is mainly funded by state and cantonal subsidies and envisions itself as a politically and confessionally neutral non-profit organisation.
