Teresa Lynch is a Minnesota politician and a former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives who represented District 50A, which primarily includes portions of the city of Andoverin Anoka County in the northern Twin Cities metropolitan area. Prior to the 1992 legislative redistricting, the area was known as District 50B, A Republican.<ref=http://www.leg.state.mn.us/legdb/fulldetail.asp?ID=10391</ref>

Lynch was first elected in 1988, succeeding two-term Rep. Earnest Larsen.
