Charlie Buhler (born December 25, 1987) is a beauty queen from Mitchell, South Dakota who will compete in the Miss USA pageant in 2008.

Buhler won the Miss South Dakota USA 2008 title in late 2007, becoming the first African-American woman to win the pageant.[1] She will represent South Dakota at the Miss USA 2008 pageant, to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on 11 April 2008. This was her second attempt at the title, as she placed second runner-up in the 2007 event. She was also a semi-finalist in the Miss South Dakota Teen USA 2006 pageant.

Buhler is currently a sophomore film and journalism double major at the University of Notre Dame. In 2006, she represented her class as Freshman class president.
