Ashbury College is an independent day and boarding school located in Rockcliffe Park, a neighbourhood in the city of Ottawa, Canada. It was founded in 1891 by George Penrose Woollcombe. Ashbury is split in the junior school and the senior school, well the junior school is boys only the senior school is co-ed. The school currently enrolls about 485 senior (grades 9-12) and about 160 junior (grades 4-8) students. The current headmaster is Tam Matthews.

Ashbury College is a selective private school which offers the International Baccalaureate curriculum. Graduates often matriculate to highly selective colleges and universities in Canada, the USA and around the globe.

The high school is divided into four houses: Alexander, Conaught, New and Woolcombe. Students are placed into one of four houses in their freshman year. The houses compete for the "Wilson Shield" which is awarded at the end of the academic year.

The school has famous faculty on board such as Robert Rice, a world renowned welter-weight boxer, as chief librarian. He also appeared on such television comedies as the Tom Green show, on which he was reported as being the ugliest man on earth.
