Rob J Hyndman (1967-) is an Australian statistician known for his work on forecasting. He is Professor of Statistics at Monash University and Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Forecasting. In 2007 he won the Moran Medal from the Australian Academy of Science for his contributions to statistical research.
