"The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows" is a 2004 single by alternative rock band, Brand New. It was the first single from their second album, and their highest charting song to date. Hitting #4 on the Mainstream Rock Track Chart. Deja Entendu. The single was originally released commercially on 7" in the UK on October 6, 2003. It was re-released as a CD, DVD and 7" single set to promote their UK tour with Incubus on May 17, 2004.
