How do they do it?

No, because they are lined - and also are usually rather shallow - just the the skullcap is used. Most of the Tibetan ones I have seen have been lined in either silver or gold. Hope that helps, John Hill (talk) 22:33, 27 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
