crossing arterial branch causing obstruction of the superior infundibulum of the right kidney, A condition where the superior infundibulum of the upper calyx is obstructed by a crossing arteriar branch, causing haematuria and nephralgia.[1][2] THe condition was first described by urologist Elwin E. Fraley in 1966 and can be treated surgically.[3]
