Under the ring name Betsy Ruth, billed as the great granddaughter of Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Babe Ruth, much of her gimmick in the independent circuit involved her wearing pin stripes like the New York Yankees and wearing face paint like the gang The Baseball Furies from the film, The Warriors.
