Plot

Munna Bhai (Sanjay Dutt) falls in love with Komal (Aishwarya Rai) without realizing that he is in love. Realizing that Munna Bhai seems to be ill, his sidekicks take him to a Doctor Malhotra (Amitabh Bacchan) whose diagnosis is that Munna Bhai is suffering from the "love virus" which can only be cured with love. He advices Munna Bhai to try to woo the girl he is smitten with. What Dr. Malhotra and Munna Bhai don't realize is that the girl Munna Bhai fell in love with is none other than Dr. Malhotra's younger sister Komal. In addition, to complicate matters further, we discover that Komal and Raja (Ajay Devgn) are in love with each other.
