This user wants Justin Bieber unprotected so they can edit it. In any case, instead of going to each admin's talk page and WP:RPP, it's probably best to discuss this at Talk:Justin Bieber where there are other people working on the article that can provide their own input into this. Also, if you want to edit the article when it drops from full protection to semi protection, you should get an account so that you can edit it, since you can't do so as an anonymous user.
