Kudos, and a question

Nice article! Thank you for putting this together.

I was wondering about the magma chamber for this seamount. Is it independent of the magma chamber (if any) for Kīlauea? Or are they shared? Thank you.—RJH (talk)

It all goes back to the hotspot, so linked in a sense, if not as intrinsically as the Kilaua/Mauna Loa connection for instance. ResMar 04:10, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
