Alcara li Fusi is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 120 km east of Palermo and about 80 km west of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,339 and an area of 62.3 km².[3]

Alcara li Fusi borders the following municipalities: Cesarò, Longi, Militello Rosmarino, San Fratello, San Marco d'Alunzio.
