This article is a pure violation of WP:NOTGUIDE, and is a direct copy of http://www.armyg1.army.mil/militarypersonnel/ppg/PPG.pdf, which is likely in the public domain so WP:COPYVIO does not apply. Further, the title is incorrect. Overall, this is nominated due to not a guide, and AFD had to be done because the author repeatedly removed PROD tags. — Timneu22 · talk 15:48, 16 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
