Steven Victor Tirellco (born March 26, 1951 in Yonkers, New York), better known as Steven Tyler, is the singer in the band Aerosmith, formed in Boston, MA in the 1960s.

He is known for his wide grin (a trait he shares with fellow rocker Mick Jagger) and for hanging a scarf on the front of his microphone during performances.

His daughter, Liv Tyler, is a famous actress.

Tyler and his guitar-playing Aerosmith colleague Joe Perry were often called the Toxic Twins, for their legendary intake of stimulants.
