Raymond Coulthard (born 1968 in Chester, Cheshire, England) is an English television actor, best known for his role as Alasdair Sinclair in the popular ITV soap opera Emmerdale, as well as Hotel Babylon, where he plays a restaurant manager named James Schofield. He played as a young Ebenezer Scrooge in the Muppets' Christmas Carol.
In 2005, Coulthard appeared in the first series called Extras. He has also been in the second series of Love Soup. Currently, he can be seen the in popular tv hit Casualty. He played Frank Churchill in the 1996 TV adaptation of Emma
