Undercover Lover is the third single to be taken from Welsh Rock band Kids In Glass Houses second album Dirt. The single features The Saturdays singer, Frankie Sandford and was released as a digital download on 13 June 2010 with the CD single released the following day.
Background
The song features The Saturdays singer, Frankie Sandford. The track is about two people (Frankie Sandford and Aled Phillips in the music video) are secretly in love with one another, but don't want to show it.
Music video
On the music video you see, Frankie Sandford and Aled Phillips throughout the whole music video. The story-line of the video is, Sandford and Phillips are secretly in love and don't want to show it. At the start of the video, Phillips is singing with his band behind him. The scene is changed and Sandford is seen cutting Phillips' clothes up after picking them out of the wardrobe. While the scene changes again, Phillips and Sandford are seen sharing a mic, singing the chorus, in front of the band. There is also a scene where Sandford and Phillips are sitting at end of a each side of a table, while Sandford painting her nails and Phillips singing about his love to Sandford. Later in the video, it is seen Phillips teasing Sandford with her perfume, Sandford trying to get it, but Phillips will not give her it, and he is later seen pouring the perfume down the kitchen sink. Sandford is also seen annoying the band, by snapping Philip Jenkins' drum sticks and flicking Iain Mahanty hat off his head.[1]

Chart Performance
After receiving strong radio airplay throughout May 2010, "Undercover Lover" debuted on the UK Singles Chart at number 161 on 30 May 2010[{fact}} before climbing to number 119 on its second week on the chart.[citation needed] The single then climbed to number 76 on its third week in the chart, before climbing 14 places to its current peak of number 62 upon physical release on 20 June 2010.[citation needed]
