Salsa d'Haiti is a Haitian airline founded in c 2008. Salsa flies ten flights daily between Cap Haitian and Port-au-Prince.
Salsa d'Haiti operates a fleet of British Aerospace Jetstream J31 in airconditioned,pressurized comfort. Salsa d'Haiti plans to expand its fleet to operate between Port-au-Prince and Port du Paix, Jérémie and Les Cayes.
International destinations are planned for c 2009 to destinations in the Dominican Republic, Bahamas and the USA.
SALSA air Hait signed inter-line agreements with Air Jamaica and Insel Airways of Curacao in 2009. SALSA air Haiti plans to open flights to Jamaica in October 2010 utilizing their jetstreams.
SALSA air Haiti signs a wet lease agreement with Florida Costal airlines of Fort Lauderdale in April 2009 to begin operations on the Fort Lauderdale to CAP Haitian routes and flights. These operations will utilize the SAAB 340 Aircraft in 30 seat configuration.
SALSA air extended its allaiance with Insel in June 2010 to a full code share on all Insel operations, most importantly on the MIAMI to Port Au Prince routes and flights. These operations will utilize the 152 Seat MD 83 Aircraft.
