"Inside and Out"
Song

"Inside and Out" is a single released in 2005 by Canadian singer Feist (aka Leslie Feist). It is the third single from her 2004 album Let It Die. The song is a cover of the Bee Gees' 1979 hit "Love You Inside Out".

Song information

The song describes a woman loving a man unconditionally despite the fact that he mistreats her and is trying to leave her. She attempts to persuade him to stay with her, taking on an almost aggressive tone in the song's bridge.

The song has a very upbeat vibe to it and is very "jazzy" and romantic, including a lot of saxophone solos that rise and fall with the song's verses and the tone Feist uses while performing them.
