Ezequiel Matias Schelotto (born 23 May 1989) is an Italian Argentine footballer who plays for Serie A club Cesena, on loan from Atalanta.

Club career

Schelotto trained with Cesena since July 2008.[1] In April 2009, his transfer was cleared by FIFA.[2] He played 6 matches (out of possible 7) for Cesena and scored one goal.

In June 2009, he was signed by Atalanta in co-ownership deal. In July 2009, he was loaned back to Cesena. He made 33 starts out of 40 league appearances, and scored 5 goals in his first 16 Serie B matches in 2009-10 season. On 24 June 2010, he was signed outright by Atalanta and loaned him back to Schelotto along with Fabio Caserta and Maximiliano Pellegrino. [3]

International career

In November 2009, he was call-up to Italy national under-21 football team,[4] and was immediately featured in the starting lineup in a game against Hungary U21 on November 13.
