Welcome!
When posting to my talk page, I have a couple of things that I would like you to keep in mind:
- When starting a new discussion, please put it in its own section. The easiest way to do this is the click on the "new section" tab at the top of the page and then give the discussion a title.
- Please be specific. Comments like "Why did you make that edit?" will get us both nowhere. Which edit? To what article?
- I generally answer on your talk page unless your page says that you'll watch mine for a response.
- And finally, please sign your comments. You can do this by putting four tildes at the end of your comments like this: ~~~~

Kassie Lyn Logsdon
Hi, I see you wrote this Kassie Lyn Logsdon she isn't notable since the porn bio change, I am wondering are you still creating such stubs? Off2riorob (talk) 16:05, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
- Why don't you check the creation dates of the articles. Then you can report me to WP:ANI. Go for it! Crush the spread of information! Dismas|(talk) 23:32, 20 April 2010 (UTC)

- I have a lot more to do than create stubs of not notable playboy playmates. This is just about policy and guidelines to me. I appreciate that you are interested in this subject but policy and guidelines and consensus are moving away from such content inclusion. The wikipedia is not like some kind of data dump of all sorts of not notable and irrelevant content that is hosted at other locations. Off2riorob (talk) 00:18, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

Spread the goodness of cookies by adding {{subst:Cookie}} to someone's talk page with a friendly message, or eat this cookie on the giver's talk page with {{subst:munch}}!

Playmate lists
Hi Dismas-- I'll volunteer to chip in on a year or two for these lists you've been working on. Do you have a list of lists so I can see what has and hasn't been done yet? (Hoping there are openings in the '60s and early '70s, as that will provide a nice trip down mammary lane, but I'm willing to work on any of them.) Regards. Dekkappai (talk) 17:20, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks. I'll look at what you've done and model the new ones on that. I'll do what I can tonight & this weekend. Dekkappai (talk) 19:45, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
- I did a test run with List of Playboy Playmates of 1961. Let me know if there are any glaring errors. (I just copy/pasted text & infoboxes). Otherwise I'll forge ahead like this over the weekend. Cheers! Dekkappai (talk) 20:21, 23 April 2010 (UTC)

Courteney Cox IMDb
IMDb is credible. If it wasnt, it would not be listed under Courteney Cox's "External links", nor that of every other celebrity. If you really feel this is wrong, then I suggest you remove IMDb from every celebrity's pages. — Preceding unsigned comment added by BhamAla (talk • contribs)
Image kerfluffle
Just giving you a heads-up that a large number of images have been pulled from Commons that are sexual in nature, and a number of them were later found to have been in use. I'm contacting you as you're one of the more active editors on the adult stuff here. If you could watch for red-links and give me a heads up on any that you see so I can see about restoring it, I'd appreciate it. Tabercil (talk) 23:13, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
Candida Royalle school citation.
As I mentioned Candida definitely attended the High School of Art and Design, and the others. I don't understand "protecting the schools". If Calvin Klein had a wikipedia page, or others on our Notable Alumni list, would they have to put a citation there, too? I mean anyone can claim to have attended a school, so everyone should have to prove it. But how does someone prove it -- get a note from the school's administration saying "so and so attended the school or graduated from the school?" In any event Candida Royalle is not her real name (I have met her myself, twice). She graduated in 1968. She wants her privacy respected so she won't print it. If your gonna write things about me, please use accurate information, seriously. That is me Joshua Reed Lang and yes Ida Kristine Ljungqvist was my wife. Joss Lange is my birth name. You undid an entier early section that was not COPY Protected or in Fault in any way but came from an extensive interview that was done years ago when she first started out!
Patron Saint, you ain't! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Db54 (talk • contribs) 22:34, 19 May 2010 (UTC)
- thanks for your response. I've have sent it to her so she can come post it directly, when she has the time. Since I know both her and her current husband I am sure they will take issue with your interpretation of NonNotable Awards. Likewise, the information was not word for word as it only relayed her viewpoint. The information on her in WikPedia is deplorable and lacking in so many ways. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Db54 (talk • contribs)
Ought to be interesting on how she proves her identity... but here is the link to the blog I just posted about this http://www.vickyathome.com/members/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4212 but you'd have to be a member of her site to read it... but I can assure you that she does not think in any manner, shape or form that her winning the Booble award in 2008 is a non-notable. Db54 (talk) 11:31, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
Just heard back as she reponds with great reqularity with her Sr. Members - As a Result, I have give you, Dismas, all the credit on this! and I quote, "stickyvicky Post subject: Re: Wikpedia on VettePosted: Tue Jun 08, 2010 11:36 am Joined: Fri Mar 25, 2005 9:41 am Posts: 7717 How strange the page is almost empty, looks like someone stripped it! The link to the yahoo group is wrong, and there are barely any other links. there are a million interviews and articles on avn, but they don't list any of them... what a mess!" Db54 (talk) 16:17, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
Just created an award noting the Booble award, it's payout which is equivalent if not more than Freeones as well as who booble is. However, am having some problems with the citation script and SOME HELP would be appreciated till I get the hang of this thing. Db54 (talk) 18:29, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
Appreciate the assist - there are a number of AVN references on booble attributed to the wins. Corrected the 1st link and figured out that the date part of the syntax is important. How is the title inserted for each of the references. Booble Award is notable. Db54 (talk) 22:59, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
Yes the dialogue becomes less testy when after spending an exoborant amount of time editing (& trying to figure out syntaxes) only to have it reversed. It's probably not a fun oversight job either. Whenever there is a question on Vette - just ask as I go right to the source. Also appreciate the crash course so I know enough to be dangerous. The Award section is good to go so if you wouldn't mind reinserting it... then I can go about other informational updates. Speaking of Booble, it gets alot of press especially the Annual winner when you have the Likes of Tera Patrick, Jenna Jamesons and other adult star heavyweights slugging it out.
Don't disagree with some that you say on Adult stars, Many at the upper echelon, like Vette, however are on a different level and know the business inside out. She is the only way that has recently filed a law suit against Rapidshare for providing "unauthorized" sharing content. Sound familiar - Recording Industry and Napster. Db54 (talk) 09:33, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
"I removed the info about Booble from Vette's article. I did this because information on what Booble or their award is should be in an article about them (if they themselves are notable enough, again third party references are key)." Thought that might be the case. I left in there in case anyone wanted to pick up creating that entry. The Booble site receives a tremendous amount of internet traffic and it's monthly contest is a mere buildup to it's annual contest crescendo. thanks for the assists. Db54 (talk) 06:22, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
On another note, I see you or somehone has again removed the verbiage on her last name! Why? I received that information DIRECTLY from Vette on her Membership site and also noted she did not understand why the 1st reference never mind the latest one was removed, which I have been a senior member for sometime. How do we fix or protest (and to whom) these changes as I can't keep adding information received directly only to have someone constantly removing them. Db54 (talk) 06:27, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
On the vette explanation, i provided one that supported the original wording that didn't pass muster. It appears it was completely sustainable according to Vette who then provided me, on her members board, with that direct quote! When I usually receive something direct from Vicky or Dave (current husband & mgr) it is typically accurate. Some of the other Sr. Members seem to feel I am swimming uphill and suggest the efforts head to sexpedia. Haven't given up yet but this oversight, while understandable, is extremely overbearing Db54 (talk) 06:21, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
She has done a number of them as well as awards and I don't think understands or realizes just how difficult it is to post valid information. She has done numerous interviews as well as releases. I cited one earlier on how she came by choosing her last name... You did not like the source I originally provided which supported the original information and now nor a direct quote... "I love corvettes, always wanted one, they are fast and curvy sexy like a woman's body, and looks better with the top down! lol.. I have no idea why they took that down." Another shorter one back in 2003 http://blog.freeones.com/2007/07/16/exclusive-interview-with-vicky-vette/ but regardless, I don't do this for a LIVING. I am simply trying to improve upon what little information, regardless of reason, exists. The oversight here is borderline rediculous as I can understand why many just give up! Db54 (talk) 08:51, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
here is yet another reference http://www.boobpedia.com/boobs/Vicky_Vette with regards to her chosen last name that she has embellished upon that I provided right outta the proverbial "horses" mouth. They seem to be much more focused on getting non controversial information - alot more than wikpedia at the moment! Db54 (talk) 00:31, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
Re: Sunny Leone
I noticed that you removed a paragraph from Sunny Leone, stating that is non-notable spam. Since the information added contributed towards the biography of this individual by noting relevant recent events in which she was involved, I believe it is worthy of mention in the article. The fact that it was written from a neutral point of view also means it's certainly not "spam". Unless the reference included with the information was bogus, I don't see any reason to delete it, and have just reinstated it. Is there a specific concern you have with this content? If so, please discuss this on the article's talk page and/or reply here. Thanks. GiftigerWunsch [TALK] 18:18, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
- I see the reason for the concern now; I've noticed that both references added are links to a store selling these DVDs. While I agree that more suitable references could be chosen, the information was clearly not written as an advertisement, and links of this nature are permitted by policy as long as they add meaningful content to the article, which I believe they do. If you are concerned about the fact that these references lead to a store, the best course of action would be to find sources elsewhere and replace the references with them. There doesn't seem to be any reason to doubt that these references are reliable. GiftigerWunsch [TALK] 18:21, 22 May 2010 (UTC)

Double revert
Sorry for the double revert. I usually rollback via the site, and then click on 'revert' in sticki to move on to the next edit. You must have caught me just between the two actions.
In any case, I wanted to let you know I've re-added the atheist category to Bree Olsen. This was previously referenced on the page, but was removed as irrelevant. The category, on the other hand, is not. I've added a short description of her religious convictions with a ref to support the category. If you have any issues with the current revision, I'd be happy to discuss further on the talk page. Thanks Jess talk cs 05:17, 25 May 2010 (UTC)

Gilmour/Samson
Thanks for your feedback. I am associated with the management company for David Gilmour and Polly Samson. Stephanie Adams
Someone at 98.218.211.133 has repeatedly removed sourced statements (and their accompanying reference) from the Stephanie Adams article.
The accompanying reference is quite clear in its support for those statements (imo).
I'm seeing this as simple vandalism; the user in question has never edited anything else... But I noticed you'd reverted this once, so I thought I'd get your opinion before I reverted it for a second time.

Kelly Gallagher
I was shocked to find no page for Gallagher until I found it had been moved to Kelly Wearstler. Have I missed something? As far as I can tell she has no notability under that name... Valrith (talk) 00:38, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
- Well, there is a Kelly Gallagher article. It's a disambig page with only one blue link. I'm not sure what you're getting at though. Are you saying that her article, if we are to have one, should be under Gallagher even though she has more recently appeared on television and such as Wearstler? I haven't looked but I would think that being the judge of a show for two seasons would generate enough coverage for GNG or ENT. Dismas|(talk) 00:55, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
- I'm not especially clear on what the guidelines are for what name should be used for an article about a person who has used more than one name, truly. Yes, I was trying to say the article should be under Gallagher, since we have little evidence she's notable as a designer. No, I wouldn't think being on a TV show would be sufficient to establish notability, but whatever. I'm not that invested. Thanks... Valrith (talk) 01:03, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
