Ardei umpluţi

Ardei umpluţi (Romanian pronunciation: [arˈdej umˈplut͡sʲ]) is Romanian for "stuffed peppers". Ardei umpluţi, in the Romanian cuisine, are usually prepared with bell peppers (or a similar species) stuffed with minced meant, usually pork, rice, onion, tomatoes, and other vegetables and spices. Resembles the "punjene paprike" of Serbian cuisine and the "pelnene chiushki" of Bulgarian cuisine.
