Ljutomir of Serbia (also Lubomir) was a 10th-century Serbian Župan that was the last ruler of Rascia before it was annexed by first the Byzantine Empire and then it's previous Županate of Duklja, which now becomes the seat of the Serbian realm.

He married a noblewoman of Bosnia and they had a daughter that married Dragimir Hvalimirović.
