Ansaldobreda S.P.A. is a company based in Naples, Italy and responsible for designing and manufacturing railway and mass transit vehicles.

The company was formed by the merger of the Ansaldo Trasporti unit with Breda Costruzioni Ferroviarie. Among other products, this company manufactured the 2000, 3000, and 4000-series rail cars for the Washington Metro, CQ312 series cars for Atlanta's MARTA system, 1400 and 1500-series LRVs used by the San Francisco Municipal Railway (MUNI), and the Type-8 LRV for Boston, Massachusetts MBTA (although Boston has since cancelled the contract for these cars; see Green Line (MBTA)).

Breda has also manufactured LRVs for Cleveland (RTA Rapid Transit) in the mid 1980s.

In Denmark the company has recently become known for delaying the delivery of the new high-speed DMU's IC-4 and refusing to acknowledge penalties from the government because of these delays.

Ansaldobreda is also responsible for providing the new fleet of Classe 72 EMU's for NSB's local trains in Norway, replacing the aging BM69 units.
