Gmina Zielona Góra is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Zielona Góra County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the city of Zielona Góra, although the city is not part of the territory of the gmina.

The gmina covers an area of 220.45 square kilometres (85.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 16,238.
