Sheilla Tavares de Castro (born July 1, 1983 in Belo Horizonte) is a female volleyball player from Brazil, who made her debut for the Brazilian National Team against Colombia

Castro was named Most Valuable Player at the FIVB World Grand Prix 2006 in Reggio Calabria, Italy, where Brazil claimed the gold medal for the sixth time at the annual competition.
