Hi, My name is Sylvanus Engelbrecht, my friends call me Sylva.
I was born in Windhoek,Namibia in the year 1979.
I finished school at Academia High School in the Academia suburb, Windhoek.
My job career started as an IT Support technician in 2001,after obtaining my CompTIA A+ Certification
I have been in the I.T Support industry for almost 10 years now.

I also hold the following Microsoft certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified Professional
  • Microsoft Desktop Support Technician (WinXP)
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (Server 2003)


Currrently I'm studying towards a National Diploma in Information Technology at the Polytechnic of Namibia.
