KZID (98.5 FM) is a radio station broadcasting an Oldies format.[1] Licensed to Culdesac, Idaho, USA, the station serves the Lewiston area. The station is currently owned by Xana Duke Radio Parnters, Inc, and has obtained a construction permit from the FCC for a power increase to 16,000 watts.[2]

K-Hits is the newest radio station in the Lewiston, Clarkston, Asotin, Orofino, and surrounding areas playing all the greatest hits from the 60's, 70's, and 80's. They are also the Clarkston Bantam Sports Radio Network broadcasting Clarkston High School Football, Boys and Girls Basketball, Baseball and Volleyball. The announcers are Ryan Scaggs and Pat Holman, both of Clarkston.[citation needed]

K-Hits is known for its out-of-the-gate style of advertising, buying a firetruck instead of a van. It is called the 'hoser' and is a 30 ft. 1967 Mack PumpTruck that is fully operational with a sound system on the back of it available for business remotes as well as live events.[citation needed]
