JUDr. Daniel Lipšic, LL.M. (born July 8, 1973) is a Slovak politician who currently serves as the Interior Minister of Slovakia. He previously served as Minister of Justice of Slovakia from 2002 to 2006. He is a member of the Christian Democratic Movement, a party currently in in the governing coalition. He studied law at the Comenius University in Bratislava, later attending the Harvard Law School (1998-2000) and receiving a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree there. He lives in Bratislava.
