Bari is an Eastern Nilotic language spoken is Southern Sudan. The term can however it can also refer to a group of dialects spoken by certain tribes in Central Equatoria state. Ethnologue only identifies the dialects of the three largest tribes: Bari "proper", Kakwa, and Mandari. Six tribes in total speak a form of Bari.
