Marie Joseph Hector Allard (May 11, 1902 – March 24, 1984) was a Canadian diplomat. He was the Permanent Delegate to the United Nations and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti and Denmark.
