O-14 is a model railway scale/gauge combination of 7mm scale (the same as O gauge) with 14mm gauge track. It thus correctly represents the prototype gauge of 2'. Note that many notional 2' gauge railways actually had gauges slightly less than 2' such as 1'11.5" or 60cm.
