Peter Delane - Fictional director of 60s/70s television programmes, created by Rob Brydon, and featured in the series 'Director's Commentary'.

This series took the format of Delane providing a commentary over episodes of programmes which he had directed - these being

  • Bonanza
  • Only When I Laugh
  • The Bounder
  • Flambards
  • Mr and Mrs

Through the commentaries we learn of Delanes multiple failed marriage, troubled childhood with his Nazi father, and his periods of 'dark, dark depression'
