Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani (translation: a story of love ) is an Indian soap Paranormal drama television series that airs on STAR One. The show is produced by Ekta Kapoor and created by Balaji Telefilms.

Story

Piya has always been a different girl, a girl with a mind of her own. Not the one who would get lost in the crowd; Piya never cared about fitting in with the trends and fads. Unlike girls of her age she was averse to love (she had a very strong reason for being like that; she had a past). But life had something else in store for her. Destiny held something else for her.And this happens when on getting a scholarship, Piya moves to Dehradun to pursue her degree.

In the chill of the dense forests, she meets Abhay, a strikingly handsome boy who completely sweeps her off her feet. But Abhay’s mysterious disposition raises questions in Piya’s mind. He is a recluse and very unlike the other college boys. There is this charm in him that draws Piya towards him. She feels a strong connection with him and yet gets the unmistakable feeling that Abhay decidedly does not want to get too close. However, in time the heart wins and, they are swept off their feet falling passionately in love with each other. But it’s an unusual love, a queer one.

Abhay is not ‘human’.Because he is an IMMORTAL with SUPER NATURAL POWERS. To Abhay, Piya is that person he has waited ages for – his soul mate. But the closer they get, the more Abhay must struggle to resist his inherent instinct of killing a human. However, facing this, the two will have to nurture their impossible love - A contemporary, visual, and visceral Romeo and Juliet story of the ultimate forbidden love affair - between a non human and a mortal - Dangerous Love!

Plot

EPISODE 1

The story begins with Piyashree or Piya (Sukirti Khandpal) an orphan who goes to Dehradun after getting a scholarship in Mount College. She makes friend with outgoing Misha and college casanova Kabir. Tanushree a.k.a T dislikes her instantly.

EPISODE 3

While rappelling with her friends she falls down and is caught by a mysteriously handsome man.. The man leaves immediately after helping piya. Piya's friends are surprised to see her alive even though she insists that someone had helped her they don't believe her.Piya is then inroduced to Panchi , misha's sister and danish , her fiance( who is kabir's brother).

EPISODE 5

Piya gets caught in a drug case and is sent to jail thought the warden gets the real culprits and Piya is bailed .Misha's father bails her out. Piya was shocked to see misha's father who is her real father who left her mother long before when she was a child.But she didn't try to tell him anything.

EPISODE 6

The next day Piya talks to Misha about the man who saved her life. By the time a boy from a rich family comes to the college. Piya realises that it was the mysterious man who saved her life. The man introduces himself as Abhay Raichand (Vivian Dsena) to the principal and bossily asks for an admission but the principal rejects.

EPISODE 7

As he belongs to a rich family, they get the principal fired and hire a new principal. The door knocks and Piya gives Abhay's cellphone who had dropped it, he is rude though his mom is friendly.

EPISODE 8

The student body of drama club protest as Piya was selected as juliet and kabir romeo in a play but Abhay is chosen to play romeo. The principal then tells a rule according to which T has the right to choose and she chooses Abhay. Panchi decides to audition Abhay and Piya where Abhay is selected by winning the majority of votes and panchi too gives her vote to abhay Piya is then unhappy. Misha and Piya go for jogging in the night where Piya is nearly struck by a tempo which is when Abhay appears and stops the bus with his hand saving her.Though he says he just pulled her she doesn't believe . . When Abhay returns home , her mom tells that he has created problem by crossing the river as they are not allowed to go in THEIR area.

EPISODE 9

The next day Abhay enters the class late and answers a difficult question. He is angry with Piya as she tells others about the accident.

EPISODE 10

Abhay's parents organize a party where rich people are invited . While practicing a balcony scene where Piya is on a stable stand she falls down and Abhay catches her.

EPISODE 11

Misha's parents and Panchi go the abhay's party and Misha goes later. Piya chooses her clothes and tries them out for her date with Kabir the next day . Misha 's call comes where she tells her to get the invitation card as she can't enter without it and while going she drops the card and gives the empty envelope to Misha. Misha and Piya sneak out in the party where Abhay catches Piya and tells her to leave and thinks that she wanted to come to the party though she tells she didn't want to and came to help Misha .She then leaves. While she's leaving, she sees Kabir's dad and Abhay's mom. They convince her to come back to the party. Abhay is then forced to apologize to her.

EPISODE 12

He chooses to do this publicly and asks her for the first dance. Misha and Kabir disagrees over this and Abhay hurts Kabir. T drugs Piya's drink and her to do a performance. Misha rescues Piya from there, but she goes on her own into the forest. As she is about to be unconscious Abhay rushes to her help again.

Episode 13 Then Piya talks to Abhay unconsiously and told him that he was her angel but "kharus". Abhay tells Piya to keep her mouth shut and takes her to the hostel though she told him to take her to Misha's house as the hostel will rusticate her. Abhay informs this to Kabir and they reach there as soon as possible.Abhay told kabir to save his friend as she was going to be thrown out of the hostel.The next morning Abhay throws 10,000 rupees in front of Kabir and bets that piya will be trown out,however piya comes and says that she was not thrown out.Misha then comes and everyone wish piya for her birthday but piya refuses to celebrate as she does not have her own money.
