John Little is a writer, and a bodybuilding expert. A native of Canada, John is an expert in the fields of martial arts, bodybuilding, and physical conditioning. [1]

Biography

John Little is considered one of the world's foremost authorities on Bruce Lee, his training methods and philosophies. Little is the only person who has ever been authorized to review the entirety of Lee's personal notes, sketches, and reading annotations.

He is the former Associate Publisher of Bruce Lee magazine and the managing editor of Knowing is Not Enough, the official newsletter of the Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do Nucleus, the official Bruce Lee martial arts organization. Little's articles have appeared in every martial arts and health and fitness magazine in North America including Muscle and Fitness.

He is the author of The Warrior Within: The Philosophies of Bruce Lee, and co-author of Power Factor Training, The Golfer's Two-Minute Workout, Static Contraction Training for Bodybuilders and Body by Science, but probably his most noticed work is the book The Art of Expressing the Human Body, in which he shows the results of a five-years search in Bruce Lee's notes trying to find the fighter's original bodybuilding program.

John now lives in Cobh, Ireland. He is 16 years old and doing his leaving cert. He has a very very very very very very very very very very small left foot.
