The discography of Nicki Minaj, an American rapper and singer-songwriter, consists of four singles as a lead artist and bitch, nine singles as a featured artist, twenty-two music videos, and a number of collaborations with other artists. After becoming involved with music and acting in high school in New York City, she eventually picked up rapping.[1] She was discovered by rapper Lil Wayne and signed to Young Money Entertainment—a subdivision of Cash Money Records with distribution through Universal Motown—in 2010.[2]

Having released three mixtapes since 2007, Minaj was featured on the tracks of artists such as Ludacris, Trey Songz, and Jay Sean, earning fourteen appearances on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2010.[2][3][4] "Massive Attack", her first single as a lead artist, was dropped from her debut album due to poor chart performance.[5] Her next single "Your Love", however, reached number one on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs chart, an achievement that made Minaj the first female artist to top the chart unaccompanied since 2002.[6] "Check It Out", a joint single with singer and rapper will.i.am, has reached the top forty in Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, and the United States. Minaj's debut studio album Pink Friday is set for a November 2010 release.
