Jenna de Rosnay

Jenna de Rosnay (born Jenna Severson, March 7, 1963) is an American windsurfer, fashion designer and model. She was married to Baron Arnaud de Rosnay, a Parisian aristocrat and long distance windsurfer who disappeared at sea in 1984. She is currently married to French music entrepreneur Emmanuel de Buretel, founder of Because Music. De Rosnay's father John Severson was the founder of Surfer magazine.[1]

From 1982 de Rosnay broke the World Speedsailing Record (500 metre, womens' windsurfing) seven times, first at the Speed Trials in Weymouth off the Isle of Portland in the United Kingdom. In 2010 she was inducted into the Speedsailing Hall of Fame. [2][3]
