Rapini origenated in the mediteranean but now grows all over the world. It is very common in Chinese and Italian Cuisine.

One common dish is White Bean and Rapini Soup.

The flavor of rapini has been described as nutty, bitter, pungeant, 'an aquired taste' - yet addictive.

Source of vitamins A, C, and K.

Rapini is available all year long, but its peak season is from fall to spring.
