Talk:Jacquier and Securius Bank
Great page! Very interesting. You cover the history of the bank very well, and your style and use of details makes the page enjoyable to read. I also think your choice of subject was a good one, as Jacquier and Securius was directly affected by the great upheavals that occurred in the socio-political world scene from the pre-WWII period to the end of the Cold War, in particular, Hitler's rise to power, and the Aryanisation of Jewish-owned industry. Your subject is one that is relevant not only in itself, but also as a part of a process that affected the world indefinitely.
I would, however, add some more references, as there are relatively long blocks of texts with no references. In particular, the sections "Keeping it in the Family" and "Harbouring Jews?" have no references at all. Also, your images are great, but if you could find some more to use, that would heighten the visual appeal of the article. Lastly, while your details are great, there are parts which could be fleshed out, perhaps... Maybe more information on the workings of the bank, especially during the earlier years?
All in all, great article!

Excellent entry. Clear presentation of complicated material and well-organized. Your use of sources in multiple languages is impressive. Pictures are great. A few things to consider to really make this article completely wikipediafied: 1) Add references mentioned above to the sections without references. 2) consider adding a few more external links. Here's one to Aryanization which is quite good (about the clothing industry and so makes a nice parallel...) http://www.chgs.umn.edu/educational/brokenThreads/aryanization.html Radavis147 (talk) 15:52, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
