The 2010 Asian Games medal table is a list of nations ranked by the medals won by their athletes during the multi-sport event, being held in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, from 12 November to 27 November 2010. The National Olympic Committees are ranked by number of gold medals first, with number of silver then bronze medals acting as the rank decider in the event of equal standing. Other alternative methods of ranking include listing by total medals.

On 19 November 2010, Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) announced Uzbek judoka Shokir Muminov has been stripped of his silver medal in the 81 kg bout after he tested positive for methylhexanamine.[2] The two bronze medalists, Japan's Masahiro Takamatsu and Kazakhstan's Islam Bozbayev, were promoted as silver medalists.[3]
