Fey may refer to:

  • A word meaning "wild or crazy acting", often ascribed to supernatural causes and evidenced by abnormal behavior (cognate to Old Norse feigr, German feige). In Scottish superstition, supernatural abilities such as prophecy (not necessarily related to dying or death).
  • A common spelling for fay ("a fairy"), unrelated to the previous.
  • A fairly rare term for "grey" in heraldic hatching.
  • A German or Irish name found as both a first and last name.
  • Tina Fey or Elizabeth Stamatina "Tina" Fey (born 1970), American writer, comedian and actress.
  • Other worldly; as "An Aquarian can be "fey" in their interactions with others"...
