"Daybreak"
Song

"Daybreak" is the 25th single released by Ayumi Hamasaki on March 6, 2002. Possibly because it was recut single (meaning it was already released on an album), "Daybreak" only peaked at #2 on the Oricon charts. This is also her last single to feature multiple remixes and starting from her next single, there were only 4 – 6 tracks per single (with the exception of No Way to Say which had 7 total tracks and Rule/Sparkle which had 8 total tracks).

Commercial tie-in

The "Hal's mix" of Daybreak was used in commercials for the Lumix camera of Panasonic. Ayu appeared in the ad.
