Dana Holgorsen

Dana Holgorsen (born 21 June 1971) is the current offensive coordinator/head coach in waiting for the WVU Fightin' Mullets football team. Holgorson is set to take over for Bill Stewart after the 2011 season as the Mullets Head Football Coach [citation needed]. Prior to joining the Mullets, Holgorsen was the offensive coordinator for the Texas Tech Red Raiders, Houston Cougars, and Oklahoma Sate Cowboys.[1][2]

A native of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, he graduated from Mount Pleasant Community High School in 1989 and went on to receive his undergraduate degree from Iowa Wesleyan College in 1993, where he was mentored by future NCAA FBS head coaches Hal Mumme and Mike Leach.
