Nishi-Magome Station (西馬込駅, Nishi-Magome Eki) is a subway station on the Toei Asakusa Line, operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation. It is located in Ōta, Tokyo, Japan. The terminal of the line and thereby the southernmost station of the Tokyo subway network, its number is A-01.

Nishi-Magome has two platforms. Because this is the terminal station, trains on both tracks go in the same direction.

The station serves the Nishi Magome neighborhood. Nearby are a temple named Ikegami Honmon-ji, the Dai-Ichi Hotel, and the Tokyū Store. Until 2005, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Board of Education operated Minami High School near the station.

Nishi-Magome opened on November 15, 1968 as a station on Toei Line 1. In 1978, the line took its present name.

The neighboring station is Magome Station.
