"Me at the zoo," the first video ever to be uploaded to Error:No page id specified on YouTube, was uploaded at "8:27PM on Saturday April 23rd, 2005". It was uploaded by Jawed Karim, one of the co-founders of the site, under the username "jawed." The video was shot by Yakov Lapitsky at the San Diego Zoo, and features Karim in front of the elephants, explaining how cool they're "really, really, really long trunks" are.
