I think Google search results are not relevant here ... if the subject himself uses an unconventional spelling, then the article needs to be moved there. The name Mazhar is quite common, and most people spell it with the spelling Mazhar. However, if the subject chooses to spell it otherwise, that is the correct spelling for the bio. Note that it isn't like Bangladesh doesn't use English language ... rather most of the official documents in Bangladesh are in English language along with Bangla.
