Jackson-Triggs is a Canadian winery with vineyards in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia and the Niagara Peninsula, Ontario. In 2010, they have won their seventh "Canadian Wine Producer of the Year" trophy at the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC).[1] In 2006, Jackson-Triggs won the Gold Medal at the IWSC for best Shiraz/Syrah; the first Canadian red wine to be recognized by the IWSC.[citation needed] The win also marked the first time that the award was not given to either an Australian or a South African winery.[citation needed]

In 1993 Donald Triggs and Allan Jackson founded Mississauga-based company Vincor Canada which began to produce Jackson-Triggs wine.[2] It is a subsidiary of Constellation Brands.
