Bruno Osimo
Bruno Osimo (Milano, 14 December 1958) is an Italian writer of various translation studies publications and fiction.
A disciple of Peeter Torop’s, professor of Translation science, translator from Russian and English to Italian, he has been developing Charles Sanders Peirce’s, Lev Vygotsky’s, Roman Jakobson’s theories. He has published a novel, Dizionario affettivo della lingua ebraica. He has edited the Italian edition of works by Lyudskanov, Popovič, Peter Torop. He is the autor of an online Translation course translated in 10 languages, the Logos Translation Course. [1]
He is a member of the EST, European Society for Translation Studies.
